CAMP REGISTRATION
Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. During the camp season (March through August), camps that are full are posted as such on our website. If a camp is full, your registration or payment will not be processed, and you will be contacted as soon as possible. A confirmation packet will be sent to you approximately one week after your registration and payment have been processed.
CANCELLATIONS, DROP/ADD & REFUNDSThe Museum reserves the right to cancel camps that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. If a camp is cancelled by the Museum, patrons will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for camps cancelled or dropped by registrants less than 10 working days before the camp begins. In order for a registrant to receive a 50% refund for a camp cancellation, registrants must contact the Camp Office in writing no later than 10 working days prior to the first day of camp. Patrons who drop one camp and add another camp will incur a processing fee equal to 50% of the fee for the dropped camp and must still pay the full fee for the camp added.
