The Health Museum currently serves more than 200,000 visitors annually, including more than 40,000 schoolchildren in organized field trips. Since our grand opening more than ten years ago, we have seen more than 1.5 million visitors and counting. The Health Museum is the most visited health museum of its kind in the country and one of the top public attractions in the Houston area.

Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The Museum is also open Mondays, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., June through August

Blue Star Museums
This summer, May 24 – Sept. 6, The Health Museum will be participating in the Blue Star Museum program and offering a free admission program to active duty military and their immediate family members (military ID holder and five immediate family members). Free Family Thursday Hours
For Summer 2010, Free Family Thursdays will be sponsored by H-E-B and hours will be extended to 7 p.m. Beginning June 3, visitors will enjoy free general admission on Thursdays from 2 to 7 p.m. through September 2.
There is an admission charge for our special exhibits during these Free Family Thursday hours. The price for Planet You is $3.00 per person. The price for Animation Featuring Cartoon Network will be $3.00 per person.
